Ross Tennis Centre – Raise the Roof

Ross Tennis Centre aims to raise £16,000 to help cover the cost of improvements to their pavilion.

Ross Tennis Centre (RTC) is a community interest company and a thriving hub of activity and community spirit, has been run by a passionate group of volunteers since 2018.

Since then and with determination and community support through generous loans and donations, together with a crucial loan from Herefordshire & Worcestershire Lawn Tennis Association and, more recently, Section 106 funding, they have invested approximately £140,000 in the transformation of the centre.

They now face a new challenge as the centre reserves cover day-to-day running, but the pavilion is in desperate need of repair.

Despite numerous repairs over the years, the very old pavilion roof leaks badly, causing internal damage to the facilities and is now in need of complete replacement. They also need to replace ageing, single-glazed doors and windows that are insecure and waste energy.

Join RTC in their mission to create a better, safer, and more energy-efficient environment for everyone at the centre. Your support, however small, will make a difference!
