The Community Chest is an open funding programme for projects and initiatives across Herefordshire. Grants of up to £2,000 available. However, this programme is currently closed to applications.
About the Community Chest
The Programme is backed by the Business for Good Fund, a group of Herefordshire-based businesses committed to giving back to their local area. The initiative was developed in response to business leaders seeking a simple and effective way to make a real, positive difference within the County.
The Programme offers grants of up to £2,000 to support community-based projects across the county.
A panel, including members of the Business for Good Club, made 10 awards in January 2026 to local charities and will hold another panel later this year.
