Assisting resettlement & encouraging community cohesion
The HCF Help for Refugees Fund supports initiatives which assist the resettlement of refugees and encourage community connection.
We launched the fund with the Hereford Times in response to the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Ukraine, where we have been deeply saddened to witness the devastating impact of war on men, women, children, families and communities.
Since the Fund was established in 2022, it has supported Ukrainians, Afghan and Syrian families living in Herefordshire with laptops to access online English lessons, school homework, employment opportunities and other online services.
